Leading the charge in Restaurant Diferent kitchen in Cala D’or is Pakistan, Dutch raised and  in Spain developed, executive chef Naimat Ullah Nomi.

Drawing inspiration from his cultural heritage, Nomi – known for his creativity and flexibility – executes a comprehensive and modern international menu, which will take you all over the world, harnessing ingredients from the best local suppliers and producers on the island Mallorca. Nomi has been a familiar face on the food scene in Mallorca Cala D’or for 15 years.

Together with Nomi, Björn van der Toorn is responsible for the entire restaurant. His love for food & drinks is indescribably.

The restaurant business is in his blood and they go for nothing less than perfection. With his background of sales, recruiting, marketing and hospitality a good combination was found. The experiences of Björn travels all over the world are inspiration for the dishes and drinks. Streetfood & Soulfood. Simpel, healty and surprising. The total experience is what counts.
